Other Services (Tours / Visa / Hotel) — Sales Order Pricing
Flights go through Booking + Manual Intake with the fixed ticketing service fee. Everything else — visa processing, tours, hotels, packages — uses a Sales Order, and is priced per case. The two tracks are kept separate on purpose.
When to use a Sales Order
- Visa processing/consulting (organised by country + type: UAE, Canada, China, Turkey, Belarus, India, Serbia, Romania, Japan…).
- Hotel bookings, tour packages, multi-service deals.
- Not for flight tickets — those go through Manual Intake / Booking.
How it is priced — quoted per deal
Unlike flights (which have fixed service-fee tiers), other services have no fixed tariff:
- Items are grouped by Item Group (e.g. UAE Visa, Canada Visa Consulting, China Visas).
- Each item's standard rate is 0 — the agent types the agreed price on the Sales Order line for that case.
- Rates vary widely by country/type (e.g. visa consulting has ranged from ~Br 20,000 to ~Br 600,000).
So: pick the right visa/hotel/tour item → enter the quoted price on the Sales Order → confirm.
Why separate from flights
Flights are per-ticket with a standard service-fee tier; visa/tour/hotel are case-by-case deals. Keeping them on the Sales Order (not the Booking) keeps both revenue streams clean and reported separately.
Possible future improvement: set standard rates per visa item so these stop being typed by hand — not done yet.
