Daily Work Report — Manager Ratings

Managers and HR can rate an employee's Daily Work Report (DWR), and multiple people can each add their own rating — like interview feedback, but inline and simple.

Where it is

Open any Daily Work Report → the "Manager Ratings & Feedback" section. It works after the employee has submitted the report (that's the point — reviews happen on finished reports).

How to rate

1. Open the employee's Daily Work Report.
2. In Manager Ratings & Feedback, click Add Row.
3. Set your Rating (stars) and optional Remarks. Your name and the time are filled in automatically.
4. Save.

• Multiple managers can each add a row — everyone's rating is kept.
• If you rate the same report again, your existing row is updated (no duplicates).
• The Average Rating and Number of Raters at the top update automatically.
• You can revise your rating later even though the report is submitted.

Who can rate

Ratings are limited to Managers & HR: HR Manager, HR User, Sales Manager, Booking Admin, Marketing Manager, Call Center Manager, Projects Manager, Accounts Manager. Regular employees can see their own report but cannot rate.

What it shows

• Average Rating — the mean of all raters' stars.
• Number of Raters — how many managers have rated.
• Each rater's row shows who rated, their stars, remarks, and when.

Notes

• The employee's own Productivity Self Rating is separate and unchanged.
• Ratings are stored inline on the report (no separate screen to open).
