Job Summary:

AddisFly is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented female candidate for the role of Sales. This role involves accurately recording sales data in our ERP system while handling customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills and will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service Assistance: Support client inquiries and ensure excellent customer relations and ensure client satisfaction.
  2. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the printing and technology sector.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  4. Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our products and services.
  5. Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  6. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  7. Proposal & Contract Preparation: Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  8. Sales Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain sales records in our ERP system.
  9. Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between the sales, finance, and management teams.
  10. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  11. Industry Awareness: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
  12. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to management.


Working Conditions:

  2. Work Tools: Use our ERP system to track sales data, reports, and customer interactions.
  3. Work Hours: Full-time, standard office hours with occasional flexibility if needed.
