1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AddisFly website (addisfly.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About AddisFly

AddisFly is an IATA accredited travel agency based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We facilitate flight bookings by comparing fares across 45+ airlines and issuing tickets on your behalf. We act as an intermediary between you and the airline(s).

3. Booking & Ticketing

  • All bookings are subject to availability and airline rules at the time of ticketing.
  • Quoted prices may change until a ticket is issued and confirmed.
  • Once a ticket is issued, the airline's fare rules, cancellation policy, and change fees apply.
  • AddisFly will send your e-ticket via your preferred channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or SMS) upon successful payment.

4. Payments

  • We accept Ethiopian bank transfers, mobile money (telebirr, CBE Birr, Amole, HelloCash, M-PESA), international wire transfers, and in-person payments at our office.
  • All payments must be completed before ticket issuance.
  • Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on real-time airline pricing.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellation and change policies are governed by the issuing airline's fare rules.
  • AddisFly may charge a service fee for processing cancellations or changes in addition to any airline penalties.
  • Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information (names, passport details, contact info).
  • Errors in passenger details may result in denied boarding or additional fees, for which AddisFly is not liable.
  • You must comply with all travel document requirements (visas, health certificates, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

AddisFly acts as a booking agent and is not liable for:

  • Flight cancellations, delays, or schedule changes by airlines.
  • Denied boarding due to incorrect travel documents.
  • Loss of baggage or personal injury during travel.
  • Force majeure events affecting travel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of AddisFly and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa.
