Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end travel services for a diverse client portfolio, including walk-in customers, labor travel cases, non-IATA agents, and corporate accounts. The role requires close coordination with airlines to ensure accurate bookings, compliance with airline rules, and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel inquiries and bookings for walk-in, labor, corporate, and non-IATA clients
- Perform flight searches, fare quotations, and itinerary planning using GDS
- Issue, reissue, refund, and void tickets in compliance with airline and BSP rules
- Communicate with airlines regarding schedules, fare rules, disruptions, ADMs, and special requests
- Maintain accurate client records, ticketing logs, and service documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant in a travel agency environment
- Strong knowledge of GDS (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre) and airline fare rules
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple client segments under time pressure
