Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Supervisor to oversee ticketing operations and manage a team of travel consultants. The role ensures accurate ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and airline communication for walk-in customers, labor travel clients, non-IATA agents, and corporate accounts, while maintaining compliance with BSP/IATA regulations and internal SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise ticketing team and ensure accuracy in walk-in, labor, corporate, and non-IATA client bookings
  2. Oversee flight ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and voids
  3. Coordinate with airlines regarding schedules, fare rules, ADMs, and special requests
  4. Maintain ticketing logs, records, and reconciliation with BSP/IATA reporting
  5. Train and guide staff on GDS, airline rules, and SOP compliance
  6. Resolve escalated ticketing issues and ensure high service quality

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field
  2. Proven experience in airline ticketing (GDS: Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre) and supervision
  3. Strong knowledge of BSP/IATA rules, airline fares, and ticketing policies
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to manage multiple client segments under time-sensitive conditions
