Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sales & Marketing Officer to support business development and promotional activities of our travel agency. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, labor travel clients, non-IATA agents, and corporate accounts, as well as coordinating with airlines to ensure service quality and accurate promotional messaging.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support sales and lead generation for walk-in, labor, corporate, and non-IATA clients
2. Assist in executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
3. Maintain client records and follow up on inquiries and bookings
4. Coordinate with airlines for promotions, fares, and partnership communications
5. Report on sales activities, leads, and campaign performance

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Tourism
2. Interest or experience in sales and marketing in travel or service industries
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Basic computer literacy, CRM and social media knowledge
5. Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
