Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Officer to deliver high-quality service across all client touchpoints. The role supports walk-in customers, labor travel clients, non-IATA agents, and corporate accounts, while coordinating closely with airlines to ensure smooth bookings, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction throughout the travel journey.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle daily inquiries and service requests from walk-in, labor, corporate, and non-IATA clients
  2. Provide accurate travel information, policies, and service updates
  3. Coordinate with airlines on schedules, changes, disruptions, and special requests
  4. Log customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in CRM systems
  5. Support escalation handling and ensure timely follow-up and closure

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field
  2. Experience in customer service (travel agency or airline background preferred)
  3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to handle multiple client types under pressure
  5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
