Role Overview

We are looking for an Intern Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks across the travel agency. The intern will assist in handling client interactions, document management, coordination with airline partners, and support for diverse client segments including walk-in customers, labor travel clients, non-IATA agents, and corporate accounts. This role offers hands-on experience in travel operations, airline communication, and office administration.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in handling client inquiries via walk-in, phone, email, or social media
  2. Support administrative tasks for non-IATA agents, labor travel, and corporate clients
  3. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and CRM updates
  4. Coordinate with airline partners for ticket confirmations, schedules, and updates
  5. Support daily office operations and reporting


Requirements

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or related field
  2. Basic understanding of travel agency operations preferred
  3. Good organizational and communication skills
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
