Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for our travel agency. The role targets diverse client segments including walk-in customers, non-IATA agents, labor travel clients, corporate accounts, and airline promotions. The Digital Marketer will manage social media, digital advertising, lead generation, and analytics to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other online platforms
  2. Target campaigns for walk-in, labor, corporate, and non-IATA clients
  3. Coordinate digital promotions with airlines and partners
  4. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions
  5. Collaborate with content, creative, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in travel or service industries
  3. Knowledge of social media management, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing
  4. Strong analytical skills and ability to track KPIs and ROI
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
