Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations of our travel agency. The role involves assisting with administrative tasks, client coordination, and communication with walk-in customers, labor travel clients, non-IATA agents, corporate accounts, and airlines to ensure smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client correspondence and coordination for walk-in, labor, corporate, and non-IATA clients
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems
- Support internal teams in scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with airlines for ticket confirmations, schedules, and policy updates
- Handle general office duties, including email, phone calls, and document preparation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
