Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations of our travel agency. The role involves assisting with administrative tasks, client coordination, and communication with walk-in customers, labor travel clients, non-IATA agents, corporate accounts, and airlines to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with client correspondence and coordination for walk-in, labor, corporate, and non-IATA clients
  2. Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems
  3. Support internal teams in scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
  4. Coordinate with airlines for ticket confirmations, schedules, and policy updates
  5. Handle general office duties, including email, phone calls, and document preparation

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
  4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  5. Professional attitude and attention to detail
