Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Booking Agent to manage flight reservations and ticketing for diverse client segments, including walk-in customers, labor travel clients, non-IATA agents, and corporate accounts. The role involves coordinating with airlines for accurate bookings, fare verification, schedule confirmations, and resolving client queries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and voids for walk-in, labor, corporate, and non-IATA clients
  2. Communicate with airlines to confirm schedules, fares, and ticketing rules
  3. Maintain accurate booking logs and update client information in CRM systems
  4. Assist clients with travel documentation, itinerary details, and special requests
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field
  2. Knowledge of GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre) and airline ticketing preferred
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in booking and documentation
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment
